The Zorg en Welzijn Groep Foundation (ZW-Groep) is a foundation for people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and the elderly. The primary goal of the ZW-Groep is to promote self-reliance, development opportunities, and to enhance and safeguard the quality of life of the target group.
Are you a committed and empathetic care professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of others? We are looking for motivated Care Assistants for our care team who prioritize personal care and attention. As a Care Assistant, you will assist Certified Nursing Assistants and Nurses with the care of psychogeriatric and/or somatic residents and perform light household duties.
What are you going to do?
Assisting clients with getting in and out of bed, washing/showering, and dressing and
undressing according to the agreed care plan
Promoting and maintaining clients' self-reliance in ADL activities
Performing tasks such as administering medication, simple wound care and
bandaging techniques
Keeping the clients' rooms in order and light housekeeping and cleaning

Assisting Healthcare Assistants and Nurses with technical nursing procedures
What do we ask?
Healthcare Assistant Diploma (MBO level 2)
Experience with or affinity with elderly care
Empathetic and patient, with an eye for detail and attention to the client
Flexible availability for irregular shifts and working days
Good communication skills and a team spirit

Salary in accordance with FWG scale 25, minimum $1,850 and maximum $2,551 gross per month.
