Are you a committed and empathetic healthcare professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of others? For our care team, we are looking for a driven Specialist Nurse in Elderly Care who prioritizes personal care and attention. As a Specialist Nurse in Elderly Care, you provide nursing and protocol-based medical care, coordinate the care process for assigned clients, and promote the quality of nursing and medical care.
What are you going to do?
Providing nursing and protocol-based medical care, including wound care and injections
Coordinating the care process, drafting and implementing treatment and care plans
Establishing nursing and medical diagnoses after intake and informing clients and their relatives
Participate in multidisciplinary consultations and maintain contacts with external organizations
Identifying bottlenecks in care and making improvement proposals and quality initiatives
Promoting expertise through instruction, clinical lessons, and the development of protocols
Contribute to research and translate results into improvements in care processes
What do we ask?
Higher Professional Education (HBO) Nursing Diploma
Several years of experience and affinity with elderly care
Empathetic and patient, with an eye for detail and attention to the client
Flexible availability for irregular shifts and working days
Good communication skills and a team spirit

Salary in accordance with FWG scale 50, minimum $3,419 and maximum $4,823 gross per month.
