Are you a committed and empathetic healthcare professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of others? We are looking for driven Certified Nursing Assistants (Verzorgende IG) for our care team who prioritize personal care and attention. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you provide care, support, and guidance to chronically and/or terminally ill clients in a home environment where independence is encouraged as much as possible.
What are you going to do?
Providing daily care, guidance, and support to clients according to the care plan, including medication administration.
Performing simple nursing procedures and assisting the nurses, including with physical examinations
Observe clients and report details and work performed to responsible colleagues.
Identifying needs, opportunities, bottlenecks, and problem situations among clients and communicating these to involved colleagues.
Forming a picture of the client's request for assistance, needs, and capabilities
Maintain close contact with family, informal caregivers, and other healthcare providers
What do we ask?
Healthcare Assistant (IG) Diploma (MBO level 3)
Experience with or affinity with elderly care
Empathetic and patient, with an eye for detail and attention to the client
Flexible availability for irregular shifts and working days
Good communication skills and a team spirit

Salary in accordance with FWG scale 30, minimum $2,133 and maximum $2,893 gross per month.
