Who are we?

The Zorg en Welzijn Groep Foundation (ZW-Groep) is a foundation for people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and the elderly. The primary goal of the ZW-Groep is to promote self-reliance, development opportunities, and to enhance and safeguard the quality of life of the target group.

Are you a committed and empathetic healthcare professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of others? We are looking for driven Nurses to join our care team who prioritize personal care and attention. As a Nurse, you provide and coordinate nursing care within the residential care home, home care, day activities, and respite care.

What are you going to do?

Nursing and assisting clients with ADL activities and providing (psychosocial) support to clients and their relatives
Performing technical nursing procedures, such as complex wound care, catheterization, and intravenous medication administration
Identifying and assessing changes in health status and engaging specialized healthcare providers if necessary
Drafting, coordinating, and monitoring the nursing component of the care plan, including multidisciplinary coordination and evaluation
Guiding, coaching, and assessing care assistants and Certified Care Assistants, and providing clinical lessons and information.

What do we ask?

Nursing Diploma (MBO-4/HBO-V level)
Experience with or affinity with elderly care
Empathetic and patient, with an eye for detail and attention to the client
Flexible availability for irregular shifts and working days
Good communication skills and a team spirit

Salary in accordance with FWG scale 40, minimum $2,720 and maximum $3,717 gross per month.
